Welcome to our delux, brand new, 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom executive villa.
We want you to feel relaxed and pampered on your vacation and we hope our 4000 sq. foot air-conditioned property will not disappoint you. There is something for the whole family to enjoy here. A high specification includes a Master Triple Suite with En-suite with marble sinks, 2 further Master Suites with En-Suite bathrooms and marble sinks, a very large Bedroom with two Queen-sized beds and two further bedrooms with two single beds in each. There is a further family bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The villa comfortably sleeps 14 people, without having to put people on a sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have cable  television and a DVD player. 
The accommodation downstairs is similarly large and includes a formal lounge, formal dining room, and a very large family room with 60” television with DVD and surround sound. There is an exceptionally large family-sized kitchen, which is fully equipped with an American style fridge-freezer with ice maker and cold water. There is also a microwave and cooker, should you feel the need to cook with all of the restaurants that are near by!!
In addition to the above there is also a fully equipped games room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts, a TV with a Sony Playstation 2, a settee and a further seating area.
To the rear of the property there is an extra large South-West facing deck area that houses a 30 foot free-form swimming pool. The pool can be heated at extra cost, but this should only be required between October and April, dependant on the climate. There is plenty of space to lounge out and relax on the numerous chairs and loungers that are provided. There are umbrellas provided on the two tables for shade. There is also a toilet and basin within the pool area for your convenience.
There is ample cutlery and crockery in the property for all of our guests, and a large number of various sized towels.
Our villa is located within one of the newest communities in the Disney area, Somerset is just 1 mile from the US 192, with all of it’s restaurants and shops which include Wall-Mart and Walgreens.
The community is a sub-division of the gated Remington Golfing Community and is located at the eastern end of Kissimmee, 3 miles from the town of St Cloud. Being so close to the Florida Turnpike, Beeline Expressway and the Interstate 4, puts the East and West coasts within an easy hour’s driving distance. Ideal for a day trip to Melbourne, Cocoa or Daytona beaches.
Lakeshore Marina and beach is within 10 minutes drive of the villa and contains several BBQ’s which are for public use, just provide the charcoal!! There is also Crabby Bills restaurant and other amenities available.
The community is within 12 miles or 16 minutes of Disney’s Main-gate and an easy 13 miles from Orlando International Airport.
East Lake Toho is adjacent to the community offering air-boat rides, fishing trips and boating trips.
Our guests have use of all facilities within Remington, including the 18 hole Championship golf course, Pro Shop, Restaurant and Driving range over water!! There is also a fully equipped fitness centre, full size swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, football pitch and basketball courts if you are feeling energetic. In addition, the facilities at the Kissimmee Bay Country Club, including the golf course, are also available. This is about a mile from the property.
Due to the exchange rate and the cheap prices anyway, shopping in America is highly addictive, and you can often justify the cost of your holiday with the savings that you can make. That’s what my wife tells me anyway!! There are various designer shopping malls nearby including Premium outlets, Mall at Millenia and The Florida Mall, which are a short drive from the villa.
We have a very reliable management company on hand should you have any problems. Our management company is owned by very close personal friends, who we have known for years.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the villa.
