 Main Features 
Our house has a high standard of fixtures and fittings throughout, making this feel like a luxurious home from home. These standards are rarely seen in a rental property. There are marble sinks in all bathrooms and tiled floors in the kitchen, nook, family room and all bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a side-by-side fridge freezer, containing an ice maker and filtered water dispenser. There is also a range cooker, microwave and dish washer.
There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Please be aware that this is a non-smoking house. Please treat the house with respect.
Ground Floor
Formal Lounge and Dining Room
A spacious open-plan area with ample seating for dining or relaxing. Furnished to a high standard.
Games Room
The house contains a fully equipped air-conditioned games room, accessible from the door by the entrance in the Formal Lounge area. It contains a sofa, Tv, Playstation 2, Pool Table, Electronic Darts, Air Hockey and Table Football. There are two sets of good quality golf clubs that are for the complimentary use of our guests. This will save the $25 club rental charge at most golf courses
Kitchen and Nook (Breakfast Area)
The oak kitchen is well appointed with every facility you could wish for including ceramic range, microwave oven, dishwasher and a side-by-side fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water. There is a waste disposal unit built into the stainless steel sink. The floor is tiled and there is a nook area containing a breakfast bar with eating area and stalls. There is a separate Laundry area on the first floor containing a washing machine and dryer.
Family Room
A substantial relaxing lounge area overlooking the pool. 60 inch HDTV with cable television, DVD and surround sound system. Adjacent to Kitchen and Nook. Tiled flooring.
Master Suite 3
This ample bedroom contains a Queen sized bed with an En-suite bathroom with marble sink and containing a bath with shower. There is also a large fitted closet.
First Floor
Master Bedroom 1
This is an exceptionally large triple-suite, entered by double doors from the hallway. It contains a large King-size bed and has a walk-in closet.
The En-suite bathroom is equipped with a separate shower cubicle, sunken oval bath and marble double sinks.
Master Bedroom 2
This room contains a Queen-size bed and has a large closet. There is an En-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over.
Twin Bedroom 3
This is a large bedroom containing twin single beds and a closet.
Twin Bedroom 4
This is a bedroom containing twin single beds and a closet.
Bedroom 6
This is a very large room containing TWO Queen-size beds. This room can easily sleep 4 people, or two adults and two kids.
Bathroom 4
Bathroom 4 is accessible from the main upstairs hallway. It contains a bath with shower and a marble sink.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is a 30 ft freeform pool set in an extended large south-west facing screened deck. The pool features underwater fibre optic lighting that can be controlled remotely. The pool can be heated for an extra charge and this is recommended between the months of October and March. There is a half-bathroom containing a toilet and sink within the pool area.
