From Orlando Airport to the house (Total distance 13 miles)
Leave the airport following the signs for the South Exit (Red signs). Keep following the road straight down and go over the junction with the 417 (Central Florida Greeneway toll road). After approximately 5.4 miles, turn right at the traffic lights by the K Mart petrol garage, which is the 522 West, sign-posted Kissimmee/St Cloud. You will pass a Hess Petrol Garage, McDonalds and a shopping mall. Go straight over the traffic lights with Walgreens and a De Jesus supermarket on your right. You will pass a Police Depot on the right. At the traffic lights at the next major junction turn left onto the US 192, which is sign-posted St Cloud. At the second traffic lights turn left into Partin Settlement Drive. After approximately 0.6 miles turn left into the Remington golfing community. Take the first left-hand turn opposite the school into the Somerset sub-division. Turn right into Porchester and follow the round around the corner, taking the first turning on the left. This is Belvoir Road. Number 1010 is around 100 yards down on the right-hand side.
To Disney Parks from the house (Short Route 12.5 miles-no tolls)
Exit Remington turning right onto Partin Settlement Drive. Follow for a short distance to the traffic lights at the main junction with the US 192. Turn right at these traffic lights following the US 192 in a westerly direction. Keep following the US 192 for approximately 8 miles, then leave the US 192 following the signs to Walt Disney World. This route is the shortest, although there can sometimes be quite a lot of traffic along the US 192. The quickest route is using the toll roads detailed below.
To Disney Parks from the house (Quickest Route 16 miles)
Exit Remington turning right onto Partin Settlement Drive. Follow for a short distance to the traffic lights at the main junction with the US 192. Turn right at these traffic lights following the US 192 in a westerly direction. At the next traffic lights turn right to join the Florida Turnpike toll road in the Northbound direction. Leave the Florida Turnpike at junction 249, which is signposted to Disney. Following the signs to Disney, turn left at the traffic lights. You will pass a Race Trac garage on the left-hand side, and a little further you will pass the P.J. shopping centre, also on your left. Continue straight over the traffic lights. Continue straight on at the traffic lights at Dyer Blvd, joining the Osceola Parkway toll road. Follow this road to the Walt Disney World exit. This route will cost approximately $2.75 in tolls but it is a lot quicker. You can be at Disney easily within 16 minutes.
